Questions about remodel

01Do you handle a whole remodel or just part of it?
Whole. Demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim and paint are coordinated by Jermaine, who is on site through the project. You deal with one person rather than scheduling separate trades yourself.
02How disruptive is a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
There is a stretch without a usable kitchen or bath, and the schedule for that stretch is set out before demolition starts. Work areas are sealed off and cleaned daily so the rest of the house stays liveable.
