How every job runs
Inspect, prep, protect, paint, walkthrough. We follow the same five steps whether it's one bedroom or the whole outside of the house, and we don't skip one to save a day.

Inspect
We walk the job with you, look closely at every surface, and give you a written estimate. It's free and there's no obligation.

Prep
Patching, scraping, sanding, caulking and priming. This is the part that decides how long the paint lasts, so we take our time with it.

Protect
Floors, furniture, plants, windows and walkways get covered before any paint is opened.

Paint
Good quality paint and stain, put on by brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface.

Walkthrough
We go over the finished work with you, fix anything you point out, and clean up before we leave.

Maine Premier Painting is Jermaine Motley's company. He started it as a one-man painting outfit and has been doing painting, carpentry and home improvement for over ten years.
The work grew into decks, floors, windows and remodels because customers kept asking him to take on more of the house. He still meets every customer, walks every job, and is on site while the work gets done.

- There is no flat rate: the price depends on the square footage, the condition of the surfaces and how much prep, patching or repair the job needs. Maine Premier Painting looks at the work in person and gives you a written number before anything starts.

- Yes. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Jermaine comes out, walks the job with you, talks through colors and scope, and sends a written quote. You can also send photos through the estimate form to get the conversation started before the visit.
